We were recently contacted by by the gang at Street Official Music Awards and asked if we would be interested in participating with their annual Street Official Music Awards Show. They stated that they were looking for local Inland Empire companies to cross promote and that they were also BIG fans of Spider Energy Drink. Naturally we found this event to be a great fit for us as we are a team of musicians, and fans of all types of music. That being said we gladly accepted, and not only will Spider Energy Drink be the Official Energy Drink of the Official Street Music Awards, we will also be presenting an award with great honor…Music and videos are still being accepted so don’t delay, get you entries in ASAP and who knows, maybe the guys and gals at Spider Energy will be the ones presenting you winning award.

This Saturday, July 31, 2010 the SPIDER ENERGY DRINK team will be sampling and selling, both original SPIDER ENERGY and sugar free LIGHTER SPIDER at the FENDER MUSEUM in Corona, CA. Both SPIDER ENERGY and The FENDER MUSEUM are companies with warehouses and distribution located in Corona, CA. “we were given this opportunity as a local company to partner with FENDER for the SUMMER MUSIC FEST and are so excited to be part of this great event. As a former musician I chose to market SPIDER ENERGY DRINK by promoting through local bands and overall through the music scene in general” The FENDER MUSEUM has been gracious by allowing us to promote SPIDER ENERGY DRINK at this awesome event and has even asked us to get involved in future events. SPIDER ENERGY DRINK FLYING HIGH IN NEW MEXICO

FMX mega superstars Robert Distler and Taylor Woods will performing their signature FMX air stunts tonight Saturday, July 10th in New Mexico. Robert and Taylor are long time riding companions and reside in the state of Arizona. The Spider Energy team was fortunate to meet Robert earlier this year at the AMA Supercross at Anaheim 1 and Anaheim 2. Shortly thereafter we sent Robert some Spider Energy and some cool spider swag hoping to convert him from some other energy drink brand. It wasn’t long before we heard back from Robert asking what we put in Spider Energy as he stated “I have this amazing feeling and had one of the best rides I’ve had in a long time”. Then he proceeded to state “it must have been the Spider Energy drink I consumed on my way out to the track”. Shorty thereafter we met up with Robert again and gave him some more Spider. He was kind enough to share the Spider among some riding friends, one of whom is Taylor Woods. Instantly Taylor was hooked and now we have two new friends (Brand Ambassadors) to the Spider Energy Family. So please support these two awesome and amazing FMX stunt riders, as you will no doubt be hearing more about them, not only from us, but from the BIG World of Supercross and FMX stunt riding.

SPIDER ENERGY DRINK GETS A DOSE OF “OCTANE MOB”

As an owner of an energy drink company and one who actually drinks his one product daily (unlike some of those other energy drink guys) I tend to get a bit wired each and every day…Naturally, due to my aggressive nature, I enjoy a good rock & roll metal music on a regular basis. So with that being said I regularly head out to local clubs in seek of some butt kicking tunes.

Don’t get me wrong I do enjoy radio play music, but why is it that the radio has to play the same 20 songs over and over and over again? With so much awesome talent in the world and some of the best local bands right here in Southern California, there are so many great options available to experience some killer music.

So on this particular one Saturday evening my good friend “JT” (the front man from the popular Inland Empire band XNO) and I went to a local club in Yucaipa, CA. Jamming this evening was a band from The O.C named OCTANE MOB. Now I’ve seen these guys before and when I did I realized they rocked the house, however the club I saw them at before was very small and the stage and acoustics were not that desirable. Knowing that the stage at this other place is much larger and that the sound system and acoustics are way better that the prior place, I made it a point to check these guys out again. No I’m not a critic by all means, but besides beverages my second passion is music.

So, what did I experience when the MOB hit the stage? Strong aggressive guitar riffs, Super shredding leads, bone chilling bass and drumming as intense as a stomping rhino. All that topped off with a front man lead singer that not only sings, but does so while laying down some killer guitar chords and pretty intense leads.

Octane Mob is one of my top pics for local talent and I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a band that plays rock & roll metal music as intense as the great taste and energizing effect as Spider Energy Drink.

SPIDER ENERGY DRINK – NO LONGER UNDER THE RADAR

The Spider Energy Drink team has been very busy over the past month. We apologize we haven’t posted anything in a while, but we feel like we need to fly under the radar a bit. It seems like the competition is starting to take notice of what the Spider Energy Drink team has been working so hard to accomplish (quality distribution). In fact, just recently we ran into some of our competitors taking pictures of our displays.

Take a look at what we have been doing; Building displays, securing shelf space, placing coolers, posting POS materials and most of all having fun!

Attached are some pictures from some retail accounts that show how really cool it is to have Spider Energy Drink available for our customers. Even cooler, is that the Spider Energy Drink is selling.

So, when we see a competitor taking pictures of our displays we say “Thank you” We are honored that you like what you see! Otherwise, why else would you take pictures of our displays.

SPIDER ENERGY DRINK HITS UCSD CAMPUS FOR SPRING RUSH

SPIDER ENERGY DRINK was a proud contributor of the 2010 Spring rush at The University of California, San Diego (UCSD) where we provided SPIDER ENERGY DRINK to The Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity during this years Spring rush.

When we were contacted by the Recruitment Chair of Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity, who explained it was their desire to recruit a group of men whose goal is to become more active in improving themselves and their community and that his role was to organize the Spring 2010 rush in order to reach out to individuals on campus who are interested in joining their fraternity, we naturally agreed to support their cause.

They explained that Sigma Alpha Mu is looking for a fresh way to attract new members, and one of the ways was to offer product giveaways of something new and exciting and not just the same old boring me too products.

The end result was very beneficial for Sigma Alpha Mu as they not only met their Spring 2010 rush goal, but exceeded it by flying colors.

FMX RIDER ROBERT DISTLER WRITES ABOUT HIS EXPERIENCE WITH SPIDER ENERGY DRINK

As a passionate brand owner, I take to the streets each and every day to promote my passion for the brand that people are telling me is by far the best tasting, best functioning and coolest looking energy drink they have ever had. We get phone calls, letters and e-mails on a regular basis all basically saying the same thing.

Well, early this year my team and I attended Supercross 1 in Anaheim, CA for some guerrilla marketing. While there we came across a few Mega Giants in the sport of (FMX) Freestyle Motocross. These guys were signing autographs and my son Brandon wanted to get one, as well as a picture with the group. When we got to the front of the line one of the guys asked “what is Spider Energy”? Of course I proceed to give them the sales pitch and hand all four of them my business card along with an invite to send me an e-mail and I’ll send you some free product and some spider swag.

Fast forward to April 4, 2010.

So I met the SPIDER energy guys at Anaheim 1 of Super Cross and after having one to drink, I figured I would email them, like they said I should. So since January,now April, I have been gone on tour every weekend doing our half time Freestyle Motocross show for Super Cross, and haven’t been able to ride in town.(AZ) This last weekend I finally got the time to ride at my local training grounds and had a blast. I had My SPIDER ENERGY drink before and during my drive, and suddenly 30 mins into my 1:20 min drive, I got super happy and super stoked to ride my dirt bike. I text Pete from Spider,”What did you put in this stuff to make me super happy?”haha. He replied, “Amazing isn’t it, I get that feeling everyday.” So I’m guessing it was the drink that totally got me through the long (with bad traffic) drive, and allowed me to shred my dirt bike for 4 hours. Some times I question drinks and what they do, but I won’t with SPIDER ENERGY. I had a rad day of riding and even made it out later to hang with friends with out an energy crash. Oh and it also tastes good warm. See you at Super Cross.

GO CAMPING WITH SPIDER ENERGY DRINK!

The SPIDER ENERGY DRINK crew was on hand to witness some amazing musicians perform at the Key Club in Hollywood CA. The annual Rock ’n’ Roll Fantasy Camp was an awesome event that is put on each year by producer, founder David Fishof and his team. This year’s music icons and rock legends included Michael Anthony, Bret Michaels, Lita Ford, Dave Mason, Lemmy Kilmister, and many other amazing artists that jammed with campers and shared their time and stories with everybody at RRFC. The counselors once again did an amazing job leading their bands! They came together to put on a kick-a** All Star jam at the opening and closing night concerts. In addition, there was an auction the final evening at the Key Club, where thousands of dollars were raised for the Red Cross, to go towards Haiti relief.

We at SPIDER ENERGY DRINK are glad we were able to be part of this awesome event. We heard so many great comments about how the campers really enjoyed the product, including comments like “it was the SPIDER ENERGY DRINK that got me through the many 12 hour days” WOW 12 hours…That’s 7 hours more than that other energy drink shot thing and it taste great too!
